At BANYHO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure your request meets all requirements.
Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 90 days, we cannot guarantee approval of your return or refund request.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

All tags, accessories, and protective seals must remain intact.

A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
BANYHO does not provide prepaid return labels and is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at info@banyho.com.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used personal care products (including sprays, creams, or topical treatments)

Gift cards and discounted/sale items

Custom or special order products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@banyho.com.
Include clear photos and your order number. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund (excluding the original shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. Once the order has been processed, it must go through the return procedure outlined above.
