Why We Require a Minimum Subscription Period

Our subscription plans are offered at a discounted price compared to one-time purchases.
To keep these prices fair and sustainable, all subscriptions require a minimum commitment period of three (3) consecutive months.

Without this policy, customers could subscribe at a lower price and immediately cancel after the first order, which would be an unfair use of the subscription discount.
This minimum period ensures equal and fair pricing for all customers.

Minimum Commitment Period

All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
During this initial period, the subscription cannot be canceled, paused, or refunded, for any reason.

Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you explicitly authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the subscription plan you selected.

This authorization remains active for the entire minimum commitment period and any subsequent billing cycles until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

After completing the initial 3-month minimum period, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All charges during the minimum commitment period are valid, authorized, and non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions are intentionally priced lower than one-time purchases and require a minimum commitment.

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for charges made in accordance with this policy constitutes a violation of these terms.

  • We reserve the right to submit this policy, order confirmation, and payment authorization as evidence in any dispute.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Forgetting to cancel

  • Lack of usage

  • Dissatisfaction during the minimum commitment period
